Display changes mode

By default, all changes in the document are marked. If necessary, you can change the mode of displaying changes.

To do this, follow these steps:

1.On the Review tab, click  Display changes.When working in macOS, you can also select the Tools > Display changes and comments command from the command menu.

2.Select the desired review mode:

•Markup changes: The file contains both confirmed and unconfirmed changes. Unconfirmed changes are color-coded and displayed in the Review pane.

•Display document with changes: The file contains both confirmed and unconfirmed changes. Unconfirmed changes are not color-coded. The Review pane is hidden.

•Display original document: The file contains the confirmed changes only. The Review pane is hidden. You cannot edit the document in this mode.
