The documents display changes made both in MyText and in third-party editors.
Changes are color-coded and displayed in the Review pane. Each user's changes are assigned a unique color.
The following types of changes are supported in this version of the application:
–Enter and delete text.
–Text formatting.
–Paragraph formatting.
–Insert, edit, and delete hyperlinks.
–Insert and delete images.
–Insert and delete tables and rows in tables.
–Table formatting: changing table alignment and indentation, row width and column height.
The following types of changes are not tracked:
–Insert, delete and cut columns in a table.
–Setting up and canceling the table text wrapping, moving such a table.
–Insert, edit and delete nested tables.
–Merge and split cells in a table.
–Change cell borders and fills, vertical alignment of cell content.
–Change the indentation in the list.
–Format a symbol of a number or bullet in the list.
The following restrictions also apply:
–In documents saved in LibreOffice Writer and then opened in MyText changes may not be displayed correctly.
–Changes time is incorrectly displayed in .odt documents created in MyText and then opened in LibreOffice Writer.
–If text wrapping is configured for a table and the user accepts the deletion of the text in which the anchor of this table is located, then this table is deleted along with the text.
Changes with a large amount of text are displayed in the Review pane in an abbreviated form. To view the full description of the change, click it with the mouse.
