Comments are useful when several users are working on the document simultaneously or alternately.They can share their ideas and remarks on a document as either text or audio comments.
By default, all comments in the document are displayed on the Reviewing pane. You can change the way the comments are displayed in the same way as changing the tracking changes mode. |
1.Put the cursor where you want to add a comment. Or select a text you want to comment on. 2.Switch to the comment mode in one of the following ways: •In the Command menu, click Insert > Comment. •On the Toolbar, select the Insert section and click •On the Toolbar, select the Insert section and click •Right-click the text or selected content and click Comment on the shortcut menu. 3.Enter the desired text in the comment box. If you want to cancel entering the comment, press Esc.
4.Click Done in the comment box or click anywhere in the document. Empty comments are automatically deleted.

In the upper right corner of the box, click •Select a comment box by double-clicking it. 2.Change the text of the comment and click Done in the comment box. Or click anywhere in the document. If you delete a text of the comment and then click Done or click anywhere in the document, the comment will be deleted automatically.

To play an audio comment, click the Audio comment button on the Reviewing pane. The button is converted to the player and the recording starts playing back. When editing a document, the playback of the audio comment is not interrupted. If you want to stop the playback, click To resume playback, click To forward or backward the recording, click the desired mark on the playback scale on the Reviewing pane. |
You can navigate between comments the same way as you navigate between changes. |
You can copy text with comments within one document or between MyOffice Text documents. To copy text with comments, select the commented text entirely. If you copy a part of the text, the comment is not copied. Copying and pasting the commented text is performed the same way you would copy and paste any other content. The current version of the application does not support copying comments added to tables.
