How can we help you?
Application: Text Desktop version

You can paste a table copied from MySpreadsheet or Excel into a text document. The table is pasted as an image in .png format.

The scale of the image remains 100% if its length and width do not exceed the data entry area on the sheet (including headers and footers, margins, spacing and indents). If the image is larger, it is scaled to fit the data input area while maintaining the aspect ratio.

To paste a table as an image, follow these steps:

1.Copy the table from MySpreadsheet or Excel.

2.In the MyText document, place the cursor where you want to paste the table.

3.Run the insert command in one of the following ways:

On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the arrow to the right of the t_edit_paste Paste button and select Paste as image command from the drop-down list.

Right-click to open the context menu and run the Paste special > Paste as image command.

Press Ctrl+Alt+P (Windows, Linux) or ⌥Option+⌘Cmd+P (macOS).
