To cancel the column layout, do the following:
1.Select the text for which you want to cancel the column layout in the same way you selected it to create columns.
2.Run the One column command in one of the following ways:
•On the Home tab, in the Insert group, click the arrow to the right of the
Two columns button and select One column from the drop-down list.
•On the Page tab, click the arrow to the right of the
Columns button and select the One column from the drop-down list.
•On the Home tab, in the Insert group, click the arrow to the right of the
Two columns button and select the Column settings command from the drop-down list. In the Column settings window, select the One column template and click OK.
•On the Page tab, click the arrow to the right of the
Columns button and select the Column settings command from the drop-down list. In the Column settings window, select the One column template and click OK.
