To invite participants to the event:

1.On the Calendar tab, from the context menu of the event on the timeline, in the Event List, or on the Today Pane, select Edit. If the event is repeating, select the option to edit the event: only this repeat or all repeats of the event. The event editing window opens.

2.Click the Invite Attendees button. The Invite Attendees window opens.

3.In the list on the left in a new line, enter your e-mail address. A prompt will appear with recipient options if there are matches in the address book.

4.Press Enter. The addressee will be added to the list. The Time Grid on the right will show the addressee's busy periods, if the server provides such data.

5.If you want to change the time of the event, on the Time Grid, drag the highlighted area of the event or edit the start and end times in the corresponding input fields.

6.If you want to change the role or type of participant, click the appropriate icon in the participant row.

7.If you want to delete a participant, delete all text in the participant row.

8.If you want to select the entire day for the event, select the All day Event checkbox.

9.Click OK.

The list of participants updates on the Attendees tab and in the Event View Window.
