You can modify calendar properties if a read-only property is not specified for the calendar by the calendar creator or calendar server administrator.
To change calendar properties:
1.On the Calendar tab, on the Calendar Pane, double-click the desired calendar. The Edit Calendar window will open.
2.Change the desired properties of the calendar:
•Enable This Calendar calendar: enable the display and synchronization of calendar events.
•Calendar Name: the displayed name of the calendar.
•Color: The background color used to indicate calendar events.
•Location: The address or network name of the calendar server.
•Refresh Calendar: the period to check if there are any changes to the calendar events.
•Read Only: disable the ability to edit the calendar, for example, to prevent accidental changes to shared calendars.
•Show Reminders: enable alerts for calendar events.
•Offline Support: enable synchronization of your remote calendar to your device if you want to view and save your calendar when you are not connected to a network.
•Email: The email address that the app uses to send and accept event invitations. If no address is specified, the application cannot store invitations in this calendar. If needed, check the Prefer client-side invitation email scheduling checkbox — when sending event invitations, the system will use your email client to compose and send messages, rather than server services, whenever possible.
3.If you need to add a notification about upcoming events, click the Add notification button and customize the notifications.
4.Click the OK button.
The calendar properties will be saved.
