Folder Pane

The Folder Pane is shown below.

You can customize the view of the Folder Pane in the View > Folders menu.

Opening

–Main Menu > View > Layout > Folder Pane.

Elements

– button: synchronize messages for the selected account with the server. The context menu of the button contains items:

• Get All New Messages: download new messages for all accounts.

• Mail for <account-account>: download new messages for the selected account.

–Create button: create a new message.

– <account record>: folders with messages saved on the server:

•Inbox: received messages.

•Drafts: saved drafts.

•Sent: messages that have been sent.

•Archive: messages placed in an archive. This folder appears when a user moves a message to the archive for the first time.

•Junk: messages received and marked as junk.

•Trash: messages deleted by the user.

•Custom and subfolders: folders created by the user.

•Shared folders: folders of other users accessed through the web application.

–Local folders: folders with messages saved on the device:

•Templates: messages saved as a template.

•Trash: messages deleted by the user when working offline.

•Outbox: sent messages that could not be delivered to the recipient.
