Composition Toolbar

The Composition Toolbar is shown below.

Elements

–Send: send a message. The button is available if the From and To fields are filled in. Offline, the Send Later button is displayed.

–Encrypt: enable end-to-end encryption of the message.

–Spelling: customize spell checking of the message text. In the context menu of the button you can enable automatic spell checking in the required language.

–Save: save the message. In the context menu of the button you can select the saving mode:

•File: save the message as a file.

•Draft: save the message as a draft to the Drafts folder.

•Template: save the message as a template to the Templates folder in the Local Folders section.

–Contacts: enable the contacts sidebar to add recipients.

–Attach: attach attachments to the message. You can select attachments from the context menu of the button:

•File(s): files from the local disk.

•Web Page: a link to a web page.

•My vCard: a business card.

•My OpenPGP Public Key: an OpenPGP key.

•Remind Me Later: enable a reminder to add an attachment before sending an email.
