The application allows you to customize the presentation of the Message List in your mail client to make it convenient for users to work with messages.
Select the Message List display mode
To customize the view of the Message List:
1.On the Mail tab, in the Message List, click the button in the upper right corner. The Message List settings menu will open.
2.Select the mode of viewing the list of messages: Table View or Cards View.
3.If you need to organize or group messages by a certain criterion, select the necessary option in the Sort by menu.
4.If you want to Hide Message List Header, select the appropriate option. The header can be included again by selecting ☰ MyOffice Mail > View > Layout > Message List Header.
The Message List will be displayed in the selected mode.
Customize columns in the Message List
The application allows you to select which columns to display in the Message List in table mode.
To customize the visible columns in the message list:
1.In the Message List in table mode click . The column setup menu will open.
2.Select the checkboxes for the desired columns, for example:
•From and Recipient: displays who sent the email or to whom it was sent.
•Subject: displays the subject of the message.
•Date: displays the date the email was received or sent.
•Attachments: Indicates whether there is an attachment.
•Status: displays the read status (read or unread).
•Size: shows the size of the e-mail.
3.Close the list by clicking outside it.
4.Change the order of the columns by dragging the desired column header to the left or right.
5.Sort the messages in the list by a particular option by clicking the desired column heading once or twice.
6.If you want to reset the set and order of columns, in the column setup menu () select Restore column order.
All changes are saved automatically and applied to the current mail folder.
Apply the Message List view to another folder
To apply a customized Message List view or column set to another folder:
1.In the Message List in table mode, menu . The Column Set menu opens.
2.Select Apply columns to or Apply current view to.
3.Select an account, an individual folder, or a folder with its subfolders.
The selected Message List view will be applied to the selected account or folder.
