To create a reply to a message:
1.On the Mail tab, in the Message List, select the desired message. The message will be displayed in the Message View Area.
2.In the Message View Area, click the Reply or Reply to All button. The window of message composition with the text of the original message in the form of a quote will be opened. The Subject field will contain the text "Re:" before the subject of the original message. The To field will contain the address of the sender of the original message, as well as the To and Cc fields will be filled with the recipients of the original message, if the Reply to All option was selected.
3.If necessary, change the recipients of the message and edit the subject line.
4.Enter the reply text in the body of the message.
5.If necessary, add attachments to the message.
6.Click the Send button.
Your message will be sent to the recipients of the e-mail.
You can also open the Message Composition Window for reply in the following ways:
–From the Main Menu, select Message > Reply.
–From the Message List, select Reply to Sender Only or Reply to All from the message context menu.
–Press Ctrl+R or Cmd+R to reply to the sender, or Ctrl+Shift+R or Shift+Cmd+R to reply to all.
