How can we help you?
Application: Mail Desktop version

In the Message Composition Window you can attach any type of files to e-mails, for example, documents (PDF, DOC), images (JPEG, PNG), audio files and archives.

When composing a message, in addition to regular files, you can attach via the context menu of the Attach button:

link to a web page;

vCard;

OpenPGP public key.

Limitations when working with attachments

Maximum attachment size: the application does not limit the size of attachments. However, the actual limit depends on the settings of your email provider. If the size of attachments exceeds the limit, a warning will appear.

File formats: the application allows you to attach files of any format, but some email providers may block specific formats (for example, executable files with *.exe extension). It is recommended to pack such files into archives.

Editing attachments: attachments cannot be edited directly in the email. To make changes, you must delete the file, edit it outside the attachment, and reattach the updated version.

1.In the Message Composition Window, click Attach. A file selection window opens.

The order of attachments will be rearranged.
