How can we help you?

Conditional formatting allows you to automatically change the appearance of cells depending on the values they contain.

When you paste content from the clipboard within the editor, the conditional formatting of the cell is not retained.

Conditional formatting is not supported for pivot table cells.

Specifics of support for conditional formatting created in third-party editors:

If a Regular highlighting rule created in a third-party editor is not supported in MySpreadsheet, you can still duplicate, move, or change the range of that rule, as well as apply the Stop subsequent rules option. For other types of rules that are not supported in MySpreadsheet, you can only change the range.

If the Stop subsequent rules property is set in a third-party editor for rules of the Color scale, Data bars, and Icons types, it will be reset in MySpreadsheet when any rule parameter is edited.

Unsupported cell fill (pattern) will not be displayed.

Backward compatibility with Excel is not supported for documents in .ods format. Documents in .ods format created in MySpreadsheet may not contain conditional formatting rules when opened in Excel. Documents in .ods format created in Excel may not contain conditional formatting rules when opened in MySpreadsheet.
