You can use a sheet list to quickly find and select a sheet in a large document.
To select a sheet from the list, do the following:
1.Open the list by clicking
All sheets list in the sheet tabs area.
2.Select a sheet in the list using the mouse or keyboard keys:
•Left-click the line with the sheet name.
•Select the line with the sheet name using the ↓ and ↑ keyboard keys and press Enter.
The list contains a complete list of the document sheets with their names and properties:
–The current sheet is highlighted in color and marked with the
icon.
–Protected sheets are marked with the
icon.
–Hidden sheets are grayed out and marked with the
icon.
To quickly search for a sheet by name, open the sheet list and start typing the sheet name. The list is updated as you type each new character. The search results include hidden sheets as well.
You can close the sheet list in one of the following ways:
–Left- or right-click outside the list.
–Press Esc.
–Select any sheet from the list.
