You can delete your own notes in the document, as well as notes from other users.
To delete notes, do the following:
1.Select the cells containing the notes or the range of cells that includes such cells.
2.Run the delete notes command using one of the following methods:
•Right-click one of the selected cells or the selected range and run the Delete note command from the context menu.
•On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the
Clear button and select Delete notes from the drop-down menu.
