You can delete your own notes in the document, as well as notes from other users.

To delete notes, do the following:

1.Select the cells containing the notes or the range of cells that includes such cells.

2.Run the delete notes command using one of the following methods:

Right-click one of the selected cells or the selected range and run the Delete note command from the context menu.

On the Home tab, in the Edit group, click the t_clear_button Clear button and select Delete notes from the drop-down menu.

Notes in hidden cells that fall within the selection are also deleted.
