How can we help you?

If necessary, you can change the range of data that is used to create the chart. In this case, the chart will be rearranged according to the new range borders.

To change the range, follow these steps:

1.Select the chart.

2.Hold down the left mouse button and move the corner handle of the range of data that was used to build the chart. A tooltip will appear with information about the size of the selected area. The tooltip is displayed as long as the left mouse button remains pressed.

3.Release the left mouse button to define the borders of the new range.

You can move the corner handle in any direction (right, left, up, down).

The data range can also be changed in the chart settings pane. To do this, follow these steps:

1.Open the chart settings pane on the Sidebar.

2.In the Settings tab, in the Range field, click select_cells. This will activate the range selection mode and the button will change its appearance.

3.Use the mouse to select the required cell range on the current or any other sheet of the document. A tooltip will appear with information about the size of the selected area. The tooltip is displayed as long as the left mouse button remains pressed. As soon as you release the left mouse button, the specified range will be defined and displayed in the Range field. This will automatically recalculate the chart data for the newly defined cell range.
