How can we help you?

MyOffice Spreadsheet can wrap text within cells by word to make it easier to view and edit.

By default, the text in the cell is arranged in one line. If a cell contains a large piece of text, specify that the text in that cell should be wrapped. The application will wrap the text across multiple lines, taking into account the width of the column in which the cell is located. If you change the width of the column, the text in the cell will be re-wrapped.

To wrap the text, follow these steps:

1.Select the row, column, range of cells, or cell where you want to wrap the text.

2.Run the Wrap text command in one of the following ways:

On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click word_wrap Wrap text.

When working in macOS, select the Table > Wrap text command from the command menu.

To revert to the original text, repeat one of these commands.
