Using page breaks, the sheet is divided into fragments, each of which is located on a separate page when printing. This prevents information from being cut off from the print area and distributes data more efficiently across the page.
In MySpreadsheet, two types of breaks are available:
–Automatic: Set by the application depending on the page settings, orientation, margins and cell contents. Automatic breaks are not editable.
–Custom: Can be configured by the user if they needs to mark up the sheet in a different way.
Due to the different line sizes, the position of the automatic break in the same file may be bigger or smaller when the file is opened on different operating systems. If it is important to keep the uniformity, use the Export to PDF option. This option ensures that line heights and formatting are the same on all devices.
