How can we help you?

To open a file using the file explorer, use one of the following methods:

If MySpreadsheet is the default application to open files of the appropriate format, double-click the file with the left mouse button. Some Linux operating systems require a single left-click to open a file.

Right-click the file. When working in Linux, run Open in MySpreadsheet / Open with MySpreadsheet command from the context menu. When you work in Windows, run Open with command from the context menu. When working in macOS, run Open with command and select MySpreadsheet in the displayed list of applications.

To open a file while working in the application:

1.Run the Open command in one of the following ways:

Click the main_menu_button button and run the Open command from the main menu.

When working in macOS, run File > Open command from the command menu.

Press Ctrl+O (Windows, Linux) or command Cmd+O (macOS).

2.In the File manager window that appears, select the desired file and click Open.

When working in the application, you can also drag a document or its shortcut from the file explorer window to an open application window. You can drag and drop to open up to 32 files at a time.

The document will open on the sheet on which the last data save before closing was made. If this sheet has been renamed or deleted in another application, the document opens on the first sheet.
