Revoke access to files

A user with the Manage access level can revoke access rights from other users except the Owner of the file.

If the Owner of the file is deleted from the system by the administrator, a mark (inactive) is displayed to the right of his/her name.

1.Open the file in the cloud.

2.Open the Sharing settings window in one of the following ways:

•Click the main_menu_button button and run the Share command from the main menu.

•On the Protection tab, click t_protection_share Sharing settings.

•When working in macOS, run the Share > Sharing settings command from the command menu.

3.In the window that opens, click users_remove_icon Revoke Permission next to the names of the users you want to revoke the permission from.

4.Click Close.
