You can use styles or apply custom formatting to your texts.
Use styles to apply identical formatting options to a text elements of the text (headings, lists, names of images, and so on). A style is a modifiable preset of formatting parameters, such as font style and font size, text alignment, paragraph indents, character spacing, and others. When creating a new document, the Normal style is applied to the text by default. When you create a new document, this style is applied to all text by default.
Custom formatting means applying formatting options to the text and paragraphs in the document manually. Custom formatting is used along with style formatting.
