1.Select the number of rows you want to insert. For example, if you want to insert two rows into your table, select two existing rows. You can select entire rows, separate cells or cell ranges.
2.Insert the rows in one of the following ways:
•In the Command menu, click Format point to Table and click Insert Row Above / Insert Row Below.
•On the Toolbar, select the Table section and click Insert Row Above or
Insert Row Below.
•Right-click on any place in the selected range and click Insert Row Above / Insert Row Below on the shortcut menu.
•Press Option+A to insert row above or
Option+B to insert row below.
