When a new email is received, in the Navigation bar, in the Inbox line, the value of the unread emails counter increases by 1. In the workspace, the headers of unread emails (sender and subject) are highlighted in bold.
If custom filters have been configured, a new email can automatically arrive in other folders, for which an unread message counter will also be displayed.
To view an email, select it from the list of emails in the list of emails. Left‑click anywhere in the message mini‑pane, but not the sender's avatar. The message mini‑pane will be highlighted in color, and the contents of the email will be displayed in the Reading pane. The email will be considered read.
The buttons on the email Reading pane toolbar allow to perform the following actions:
•Reply to the email sender.
•Reply to an email addressed to all participants of the discussion.
•Send an email.
•Open the email in the new browser tab.
•Delete the email.
•Assign tags to the email.
•Send the email as an attachment to another email.
•Print the email.
•Download the email as .eml file.
•Create an event based on the email.
•Display email headers.
Copy email addresses to clipboard
The button in the to, cc, and bcc fields allows you to copy the entire list of recipients to the clipboard. You can use these elements later, for example, when creating a new email, new event or in another application). A pop‑up message appears when the copy is successful:

View sender and recipient information
When you left-click the avatar or the names of the sender and recipients, a pop-up window with contact details appears:

The contact details window displays the following buttons:
• Write an email: Allows you to quickly create a new email addressed to this contact.
• View contact: Allows to navigate to the page with information about the contact to the Contacts section. The page opens in a new tab of the web browser.
If the contact is not in the address book, the Add to contacts button is displayed instead of the View contact button. When you click the Add to contacts button, a contact is created in your personal address book. If the contact is created successfully, a pop-up notification will be displayed on the screen containing a button to go to the contact information page in the Contacts section.
When you navigate to a contact, the Personal address book opens with the newly created contact open.
