Application: Mail Web version

When a new email is received, in the Navigation bar, in the Inbox line, the value of the unread emails counter increases by 1. In the workspace, the headers of unread emails (sender and subject) are highlighted in bold.

If custom filters have been configured, a new email can automatically arrive in other folders, for which an unread message counter will also be displayed.

To view an email, select it from the list of emails in the workspace. Left-click anywhere in the mini-message pane, but not the sender's avatar. The mini-message pane will be highlighted in color, and the contents of the email will be displayed in the Reading pane. The email will be considered read.

Interface of the Reading pane

The main areas of an email include:

1.The subject of the email.

2.Information about the sender and recipients, the level of email sensitivity (if it was specified by the sender), the date and time the email was sent. Information about recipients can be displayed/hidden using the knpk_show_fieldknpk_hide_field button to the right of the date and time of the email.

3.The email Toolbar.

4.The attachment pane.

5.The body of the email.

6.A field for a quick response to an email.

Thecopy_adress_listbutton in the to, cc, and bcc fields allows you to copy the entire list of recipients to the clipboard (to use it later, for example, when creating a new email, event, or in another application). A pop-up message appears when the copy is successful:

When you left-click on the avatar or the names of the sender and recipients, a pop-up window with contact details appears:

Buttons in the contact information window include:

3_3 Write an email: Allows you to quickly create a new email addressed to this contact.

15_15 View contact: Allows to navigate the page with information about the contact to the Contacts section (the page opens in a new tab of the web browser).

If the contact is not in the address book, instead of the 15_15View contact button, the add_task Add to Contacts button is displayed. When you click the button, a contact is created in your personal address book. If the contact is created successfully, a pop-up notification will be displayed on the screen containing a button to go to the contact information page in the MyOffice Contacts section.

When you navigate to a contact, the Personal address book opens with the newly created contact open.
