You can change the order of slides by dragging them with the mouse in the Slide bar or using the commands described below.

Move to the beginning

To make any slide the first slide of the presentation, follow these steps:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_move_slide Move slide and run the Move to beginning command.

Right-click to open the slide context menu and click Move to beginning.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Move to beginning command from the command menu.

Press Ctrl+Shift+ (Windows, Linux) or shift Shift+command Cmd+ (macOS).

Move up or down

If you want to move the slide relative to the previous/subsequent slide, use the following commands:

Move up: Swap the selected and previous slide.

Move down: Swap the selected and subsequent slide.

To move the slide up, follow these steps:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_move_slide Move slide and run the Move up command.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Move up command from the command menu.

Press Ctrl+ (Windows, Linux) or command Cmd+ (macOS).

To move the slide down, follow these steps:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_move_slide Move slide and run the Move down command.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Move down command from the command menu.

Press Ctrl+ (Windows, Linux) or command Cmd+ (macOS).

Move to the end

To make a slide the last slide of the presentation, follow these steps:

1.Select a slide on the Slide bar.

2.Move the slide in one of the following ways:

On the Slide tab, click t_slide_move_slide Move slide and run the Move to end command.

Right-click to open the slide context menu and click Move to end.

When working in macOS, run the Slide > Move to end command from the command menu.

Pres Ctrl+Shift+ (Windows, Linux) or shift Shift+command Cmd+ (macOS).
