Use rulers to align objects on the slide both horizontally and vertically.
The horizontal ruler is above the slide, and the vertical ruler is to the left of the slide. By default, both rulers are displayed.
If you want to hide the rulers or display previously hidden rulers, do one of the following:
•On the View tab, clear or select the Ruler checkbox.
•When working in macOS, in the View command menu, clear or select the Ruler checkbox.
•Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows, Linux) or 
Shift+
Cmd+R (macOS).
