You can independently change the password of your account in MyOffice Mail without contacting the administrator.
The option to change the password is not available, and the button Change password is not displayed in the following cases:
–When using MyOffice Mail together with MyOffice Documents Online (if integration between these products is configured in your company).
–If the administrator has set a restriction on users changing their password independently.
You can only change the password for the main account; for additional accounts, the button Change password is not available.
To change the account password, do the following:
1.In the Personal information settings section click Change password. The Сhange password form will open.
2.Enter the current account password in the Current password field (the button on the right side of the password input fields will allow to see the input characters, and the
button will allow to hide input characters).
3.Enter the new account password in the field New password.
4.Confirm the new password by entering it again in the field New password once again. If the character sequences in both fields of the new password match, the button Save will become active.
5.Click Save.
If after clicking Save the New password field was highlighted with a red frame, and a hint about password requirements appeared below the field, the entered password does not meet security requirements. Change the password according to the hint, enter the changed password in the field. New password once again and click Save.
