To mark one or more emails as unwanted (spam), do the following:

1.In the List of emails, select the emails that you want to mark as spam.

2.Use any of the following methods:

On the Toolbar of the List of emails, click menu and select the Spam command in the menu that opens.

On the Toolbar of the List of emails, click move and in the menu that opens, select Move to folder and select Spam.

The selected emails will be moved to the Spam folder.

 

Recover emails from the Spam folder

1.In the Navigation bar, select Spam folder.

2.Select one or more emails that you want to restore.

2.Use any of the following methods:

On the Toolbar of the List of emails, clickmenu and select Not spam in the menu that opens. The emails will be returned to the folder where they were before being moved to Spam.

On the Toolbar of the List of emails, click move. In the menu Move to folder that opens, select the folder where the email should be located.

 

Clear the Spam folder

Clear the Spam folder is moving all the emails in it to the Trash folder at once. If there is at least one email in the Spam folder, the Clear button is displayed on the Navigation bar to the right of the folder name.

To clear the Spam folder, do the following:

1.Click the Clear button to the right of the folder name.

2.Confirm the action in the window that opens.

All emails from the Spam folder will be moved to the Trash, and the Clear button to the right of the folder name will disappear.
