To delete an email, do any of the following:
–In the List of emails, select one or more emails that you want to delete. Click the button on the Toolbar of the List of emails or the Delete or Backspace keys on the keyboard.
–Move one or more emails to the Trash folder. You can move one email to the Trash with the mouse.
–Select the email in the List of emails. Click the button in the email Reading pane.
Deleted emails will be moved to the Trash folder. Emails deleted in this way can be restored by moving them from the Trash to another folder.
