Any email can be deleted. Once deleted, the email will be moved to the Trash folder.
If needed, you can restore or permanently delete the email that has been moved to the Trash.
If needed (for example, if your mailbox is running out of space), you can clear all emails from the Trash at once by emptying the Trash.
