As the event organizer, you will receive an email if one of the event participants suggested changing the event time. The email will include the previously scheduled and suggested time.

To accept or reject offers to postpone the event, click the Accept or Decline button in the email. An email with your response will be automatically generated and sent to the user who suggested the new event time.

You can also accept or reject an offer to postpone an event in the Calendar section.
