To set up an auto-reply, in the Account settings section, select Autoresponder.
The Autoresponder can be used for automatic responses to senders (about the email being received; about an employee's vacation, etc.).
To set up an automatic reply to all incoming emails, do the following:
1.Check the box Enable autoresponder. This fields Mail subject and Text will become available on the tab.
2.Enter the subject and text of the automatically sent email.
3.If necessary, check the box Send replies in specific period and specify the interval when the autoresponder will be active.
4.Click Save.
As a result, an email with the subject and text specified in the Autoresponder section will be automatically sent as a reply to incoming emails during the specified period of time (if set). However, the auto-reply is not sent to all incoming emails: the configured auto-reply will be sent only once per day to one email address.
