After creating an event, its organizer or any participant can send an email to all event participants. For example, this can be useful for distributing the results achieved during the meeting.

To send an email to event participants, do the following:

1.Open the window with event information.

2.Click Email attendees. A new browser tab will open with a window for creating a new emai, in which some fields will already be filled in:

The subject of the email will be the event topic.

The addressees of the email will be designated as mandatory participants of the event.

3.Fill in the required fields of the email.

4.Click Send.
