To quickly select a time for an event, you can use automatic search for time slots that are free for all event participants (except for participants with external email addresses).
Automatic search will show temporary intervals, equal durations events, in which all event attendees are free, for today and the next 30 days. The attendee is considered free if they have no events scheduled for that time, except for declined ones. Buffer time between meetings, if it is set by the participant, is considered busy.
On the timeline of the Scheduler tab such intervals will be indicated in green. Gray indicates intervals when the participant is busy, as well as non-working hours.
If desired, the automatic selection of the event time can be limited only to the attendees' working hours. Working hours are considered to be the time that the attendee specified in the Calendar settings section (by default — from 9 AM to 5 PM), taking into account each attendee's time zone.
For automatic selection of the event time, do the following:
1. Add to the list of all mandatory event attendees.
2. Click Find time. A list will open showing the first 7 found time intervals suitable for holding an event with the specified list of attendees. To display the next found intervals, click the button More.
3. If you need to limit the search to working hours only, check the box Working hours only over the list of intervals.
4. Select an interval from the suggested list. The list will close, and the event will be moved to the selected time.
