Resource occupancy is displayed on the timeline grid of the Scheduler tab. The time intervals during which the resource is busy are highlighted in color, and hovering the cursor over them displays a pop-up tooltip.
To add a resource to the list, do the following:
1.Click Find resources.
2.On the opened form, select the resource type from the drop-down list.
3.Click Find. A list of available options will be displayed during the event of the selected resource type. If there are no available resources at the scheduled time, an informative message will be displayed requesting to change the search criteria.
4.Select the necessary resources.
5.Click Add. The selected resources will be added to the list, and their occupancy will be displayed in the scheduler grid.
You can also enter the resource's email address in the field Add, similar to adding a participant.
