On the Scheduler tab of the event creation window it is possible to find the information about the availability of attendees and resources by the hour for the selected date. The tab provides the ability to choose a time for the event that is free for all attendees and select resources available at that time.

On the Scheduler tab, attendees and resources are displayed as a single list, in the following order (with attendees of the same status displayed in alphabetical order):
–Event organizer
–Resources (meeting rooms)
–Mandatory attendees
–Optional attendees
–Mandatory attendees with email addresses of external mailboxes
–Optional attendees with email addresses from external mailboxes
When opening a tab, the list will already include attendees and resources that were previously selected for conducting the event on the Details tab.
On the Scheduler tab, it is possible to do the following:
–Add attendees of the events
–Change the event time and its duration
–Select the time for the event taking into account the attendees' availability
