You can select resources for conducting the event, such as meeting rooms, Zoom conferences, etc.

To select resources on the Details tab of the event creation window, use any of the following methods:

Method 1

1.Click on the Resources field. A drop-down list of resources will open. Available for the set event time resources are marked with a green dot in the list, unavailable ones are marked with a red dot. If the availability of a resource could not be determined, it is marked with a gray dot.

2.Select the desired resource from the list. To find the desired resource, you can enter part of the resource's name or address in the field. The list will display those resources whose name or address contains the entered characters. After selection, the list will close, and the selected resource will be added to the field.

3.Repeat the selection procedure if you need to add more resources.

Method 2

1.Press the Find resources button:

2.In the opened window, select the resource type from the drop-down list.

3.Click Find. A list of available resources of the selected type during the event will be displayed. If no available resources are found for the scheduled time, an informative message will be displayed requesting to change the search criteria.

4.Check the boxes next to the required resources.

5.Click Add. The selected resources will be added to the Resources field.

 

To delete the selected resource, click the cross button in the plate with its name.

You can also select resources for conducting the event on in the Scheduler tab. Also on the Scheduler tab you can view the availability of selected resources at another time.
