If one of the event participants:
–Suggested changing the time of the event
–Recommended a new event participant or resource,
the event organizer will receive an email containing the submitted proposals.
To accept or reject the received proposal, the organizer can use any of the options:
•Accept or reject proposals in the email with a recommendation for a participant, resource, or a new time proposal received via email.
•Accept or reject
the proposal in window with event information.
The organizer can also enter a participant or resource recommendation in the Scheduler window (the Show in scheduler link is displayed in window with event information, in the block with suggestions).
If the organizer accepts the proposal, all event participants will receive a notification email about the event update. The recommended participant or group of participants will be added to the event participant list, and invitation emails will be automatically sent to them.
