The event entries in the workspace have different colors. The color of the entry corresponds to the color of the calendar in which the event is located and the color of the check box to the left of the calendar name.
The event indication in the calendar corresponds to your response to the invitation:
–Accepted event: Highlighted with a uniform colored background.
–Tentatively accepted: Hatched.
–Rejected: Circled with a colored outline, the text is crossed out.
–The invitation hasn't been processed yet: Outlined in color.
Events can be marked with the following icons:
– You are the organizer of this event.
– An event from a series of recurring events. If you hold the cursor over such an event, the entire series of events will be highlighted.
You can view information about the event, as well as suggest or make changes to the event parameters.
