How can we help you?
Application: Mail Web version

You can provide access to your calendar to colleagues (contacts from the Corporate address book). It is not possible to provide access to holders of external email addresses.

Calendars to which access has been granted are displayed on the Navigation bar section Calendar, in the Shared with me section, with the name of the calendar owner.

The calendar to which access has been granted can be turn off and turn on again. Turning visibility on and off of events from available calendars is performed in the same way as for personal calendars: by selecting or clearing the check box in the calendar row.

Access to the calendar can be granted with the following rights:

View: Permission to view the calendar;

Edit: Permission to create events on behalf of the calendar owner, as well as create events in the calendar to which access has been granted, on their own behalf.

Access to the calendar can be:

Common: For all colleagues at once.

Individual: For selected colleagues.

You can assign both common and individual access to one user at the same time. For example, shared access for all colleagues to view, and individual access for editing.

Provide access

To provide access to the calendar, do the following:

1.Hover over the calendar row and click on the button that appears: settings.

2.In the opened window click the Settings link in the Shared with me section. The access granting form will open.

3.To provide general access to the calendar:

In the section Share with all users, select access rights: View or Edit.

Set the switch on the right side of the line to the active position. A window will open requesting confirmation to grant access.

Confirm the action.

4.To provide individual access to the calendar:

In the section Share with all users, specify the names or email addresses of colleagues to whom you are granting individual access. You can paste a list of addresses that has been copied to the clipboard when viewing the email, events or Contact groups.

Select the desired access type value to the right of the selected addresses.

Click OK in the lower right corner of the form.

If necessary, repeat the steps to grant access rights to other colleagues.

5.Click Close.

If in the Share with individual users field you have entered email addresses of external mailboxes:

A message will appear stating that access can only be granted to users registered in your email system.

External email addresses will be highlighted in red.

To continue, remove external email addresses from the list. To remove all external addresses at once:

1. In the message, click Exclude.

2. To confirm the action, click the Delete button in the opened window.

As a result, the calendar will be available:

To all colleagues: Under the conditions specified in the section Share with all users.

To the colleagues you specified — under the individual conditions specified in the section Share with individual users.

Revoke access rights

To revoke access rights to your calendar, repeat the access granting operation, modifying the necessary data (by removing the rights).
