You can select several objects and/or groups of objects simultaneously on a slide. The objects you select can be of the same type (for example, multiple shapes) or of different types (for example, a shape and an image).
To select multiple objects and/or groups of objects, do one of the following:
–While holding the left mouse button down, drag the cursor over all desired objects/groups.
–Hold down Ctrl (Windows, Linux) or ⌘Cmd (macOS) pressed and click each object/group you want to select.
To select all objects and object groups on the slide, use the Select all command.
To deselect one object/group or to select another object/group, follow the steps below:
1.Press Ctrl (Windows, Linux) or ⌘Cmd (macOS).
2.Click an object/group or move the cursor over it while holding down the left mouse button.
To deselect all objects and groups, press Esc or click an empty space on the slide.
