Any message in the list can be flagged (starred) to make it easier to find later.

Marked messages are clearly visible when scrolling the list manually. In addition, filtering and sorting tools are available to search for these messages.

Flag a message

To mark one or more messages with a flag important_list, select these messages in the list and do one of the following:

Select the Menu Bar item Message > Mark > Add Star.

Right-click to open the context menu and run the command Mark > Flagged.

In the row of each of the selected messages, click on the marker marker located in the column important_mark Sort by flag.

In the English keyboard layout, press S.

In the rows of selected messages, in the column important_mark Sort by flag the flag will be displayed important_list.

To remove the flag, select the required messages and perform one of the above actions again.

Find flagged messages

To quickly search for messages with a flag important_list use the filtering and sorting tools.

To display in the list only messages with the flag important_list, on the Quick filter pane, click the important_flag_btn. To cancel the filtering rule, click this button again.

To sort messages by availability of a flag important_list, click the column header important_mark Sort by flag. All messages marked with a flag important_list will be displayed at the beginning of the message list. When clicking the column header again important_mark Sort by flag all messages marked with a flag important_list will be displayed at the end of the list.

To cancel sorting by availability of a flag important_list, sort the messages in the list by another attribute (for example, by date).
