To open a file using the file explorer, use one of the following methods:
–If MyOffice Spreadsheet is the default application to open files of the appropriate format, double-click the file with the left mouse button. Some Linux operating systems require a single left-click to open a file.
–Right-click the file. When working in Windows, run the Open with command from the context menu. When working in Linux, run the Open in MyOffice Spreadsheet / Open with MyOffice Spreadsheet. Then select MyOffice Spreadsheet from the list of applications that appears.
To open a file while working in the application:
1.Run the Open command in one of the following ways:
•Click the
button and run the Open command from the main menu.
•Press Ctrl+O.
2.In the file manager window that appears, select the desired file and click Open.
When working in the application, you can also drag a document or its shortcut from the file explorer window to an open application window. You can drag and drop to open up to 32 files at a time.
The document will open on the sheet on which the last data save before closing was made. If this sheet has been renamed or deleted in another application, the document opens on the first sheet.
