To work with lists and their items, the User lists window is divided into two sections: Available lists and List items. Each section at the top contains a separate Toolbar.

In the Available lists section, you can perform the following operations:
–Add a new list.
–Duplicate the list.
–Edit the list.
–Delete the list.
In the List items section, you can perform the following operations:
–Add an item.
–Duplicate an item.
–Move an item.
–Edit the item value.
–Delete an item.
MyOffice Spreadsheet offers four built-in lists by default. These lists cannot be edited or deleted, but they can be viewed and copied.
To add a new list, follow these steps:
1.In the Available lists section, click
Add list on the top panel. As a result, a new line will appear with the name of the created list. Unless items are added to the list, it is named “New list”.

2.In the List items section, enter the values for the items in one of the following ways:
•Enter a value in the input field for the corresponding item. To add multiple items to the list at once, enter their values in a single box separated by commas.
•Click
Select values and select the range of cells containing the values, or enter the range address in the box that appears. Click
Select values again, and in the Import list items window that opens, click Add to add unique values from the selected range to the existing values in the list, or click Replace to completely overwrite the existing values with the values from the range. If a two-dimensional range is selected, values from each column will be added to the list sequentially, from the left column to the right.

3.At the bottom of the window, click Apply.
After application, list items with identical values are removed. At the same time, identical values with different case are considered unique and will not be deleted.
User lists are displayed in the order in which they were created. You cannot change the order of the lists.
The maximum number of lists is 256.
Lists are stored on the device, and when you open the User lists window on another device, only the built-in lists and lists created on that device will be displayed in the window. At the same time, sorting by a user list applied on another device will also be displayed on the current device if you select the entire or part of the sorting range and open the Custom sorting window. In this case, to save the user list of this sorting locally, you need to open it and apply it.
1.In the Available lists section, select the list you want to duplicate.
2.Click
Duplicate list on the section Toolbar.
A line will be added with a new user list containing the same items as the duplicated list.
1.In the Available lists section, select a list by left-clicking the line containing it.
2.In the List items section, perform the required operations on the items (described below).
3.Click Apply at the bottom of the window to save the new version of the edited list.

2.Click
Delete list on the section Toolbar.
3.Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.
1.In the Available lists section, select a list by left-clicking the line containing it.
2.In the List items section, click
Add item.
3.Enter the value of the item using one of the methods described above in the Add list procedure.
4.Click Apply at the bottom of the window to save the new version of the list.
The maximum number of items in the list is 256. The maximum number of characters in an item name is 256.
1.In the List items section, select an item by left-clicking the row with it.
2.Click
Duplicate item on the section Toolbar. A line with a new item containing the same value as the duplicated item will be added.
3.Click Apply at the bottom of the window to save the new version of the list.
The position of items in the list determines the sorting order.
You can move an item by dragging it with the mouse or using the buttons on the Toolbar in the List items section.
To move an item by dragging it with the mouse, do the following:
1.Hover your mouse cursor over the line number of the item. The cursor will look like
.
2.Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the item to the desired place in the list.
To move the item using the top panel buttons, do the following:
1.Select the item to be moved by left-clicking the line with it.
2.Click
Move item up /
Move item down on the top panel of the window to move the item one position up or down respectively.
To save the new position of the items, click Apply at the bottom of the window.
1.In the List items section, go to the input box in the item line and edit the value.
2.Click Apply at the bottom of the window or press Enter.
1.In the List items section, select an item by left-clicking the row with it.

Delete item on the section Toolbar.
3.Click Apply at the bottom of the window to save the new version of the list.
