How can we help you?
Application: Text Home Edition

Text documents may contain tables that can span multiple pages. In this case, users need to go back to the beginning of the table to see its header. To avoid it, display the table headers on each page where the table is displayed.

You can specify the first row of the table or several rows of the table, including the first row, as the header.

To repeat one or more rows as the table header, follow these steps:

1.Specify one or more rows that will be the table header:

If you want to repeat a single row as a header, place the cursor in it, select any cell in it, or select the entire row.

If you want to repeat multiple rows as a header, select any range of cells in these rows, or select these rows in their entirety.

2.On the Home tab, in the Table group, click t_table_repeat_header Repeat header rows.

To cancel the header repetition on each page, follow these steps:

1.Place the cursor in any cell or select any range of cells in the table.

2.On the Home tab, in the Table group, click t_table_repeat_header Repeat header rows.
