Text documents may contain tables that can span multiple pages. In this case, users need to go back to the beginning of the table to see its heading. To avoid it, display the table headings on each page where the table is displayed.
The first row of the table or several rows of the table, including the first row, can be specified as the heading.
To repeat one or several rows as the table heading, do the following:
1.Specify one or multiple rows which will become the table heading:
•If you want to use one row, place the cursor on this row, select any cell in the row, or select the row entirely.
•If you want to use several rows as the headings, select any cell range in these rows or select the rows entirely.
2.On the Toolbar, select the section and click .
If you don't want to show the headings across pages, do the following:
1.Place the cursor in any cell. Or select any cell range in the table.
2.On the Toolbar, select the section and click .
