You can preview presentations from MyOffice Documents. In the preview mode, you can view slides, select and copy text from slides of presentation (the text is copied to the clipboard without formatting), download presentations, open the presentation in the Edit mode, and print presentations.
Preview mode allows you to select and copy text from the presentation slides (text is copied to the buffer without formatting). When viewing presentations in .xodp format, you cannot select or copy text from slides.
To open a presentation in preview mode, follow the steps below:
1.In MyOffice Documents application, find the required presentation in the file list.
2.Right-click the presentation name and select View from the context menu.
