The operation is only available if a mail client is connected.
You can send a presentation by email as an attachment. Proceed in one of the following ways:
•Use the MyOffice Documents application.
•Click File > Send via Email.
To send a presentation:
1.In the opened window, select the format for sending the file from the drop-down list.
2.Enter the emails or select them from the contact list by clicking Contact list or start typing in and wait for the application to auto-fill the name.
3.If necessary, hover the cursor over the avatar of the user to whom you are sending the document and click More to go to the page with information about the contact in MyOffice Contacts. When you click the button, information about the contact will open in a new tab of the web browser.
4.Write a message which will be displayed in the body of the email (optional).
5.Check Send copy to myself to receive the copy of the email.
6.Click Send.
