You can create a copy of a presentation, proceed in the following way:

1.In the Command menu, click File > Сreate a сopy.

2.In the opened window, enter the new file name in the Name field. By default, the file will be named as the file you are working on with the word "Copy" added before the name.

3.The Destination folder field displays the path towards the folder where the file copy is going to be saved. The default location is the folder where the copied document is located. Click Change if you want to select another folder. If you want to create a new folder, proceed as follows:

Select the folder to place the new folder in the list and click the Create New Folder button at the bottom of the window.

Specify a new folder name in the window that opens and click OK. The created folder will appear as a sub-folder in the specified folder.

4.Click Save.

 

A copy of the file will be created in the specified folder. The new file will be opened in the current tab of your browser. The original file will be closed.
