To accept or reject an event invitation from MyOffice Calendar, follow these steps:

1.In the calendar grid, click on the event with the left mouse button. A window with information about the event will open.

2.Click the desired button (Accept, Tentative, Reject).

3.For a recurring event, you will see a menu of response choices: respond to a single selected event or to the entire series of repeats. Please select the desired option.

The event will be marked in the participant's calendar according to their response to the invitation.

In addition, the event participant's response is displayed in the event information window to the left of the participant's name.

Event invitations can also be accepted or declined in an email sent to the invited attendee's email.
