If one of the participants of the event suggests new event time, the event organizer receives an email indicating both the set time and the suggested event time. You can accept or reject the suggested time directly from the email.

To accept or reject the suggestion for a new event time from MyOffice Calendar section, follow these steps:

1.Click on the event in the calendar grid with the left mouse button to open a window with information. The event window will display a proposal to change the event date or time in the upper part.

2.Click the desired button in the event rescheduling proposal – accept_mini Accept or reject_mini Decline.
